Mr. Jayesh Ranjan is a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of the 1992 batch and working in the state of Telangana. He holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Delhi University, a degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Masters in Public Management from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He has also done short courses in the University of Birmingham (on Environmental Policy Analysis), JICA training Institute, Tokyo (on lake remediation), London School of Economics (on Globalization and Leadership), Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (in Public Policy), and Swedish Institute, Stockholm (on Sustainability and CSR). He is the All-India topper of his IAS batch of 1992. He was awarded World Bank’s Social Capital Visiting Scholarship in 2002 and the British Government’s Gurukul Chevening Scholarship in 2005. He has done international consultancy assignments for the World Bank, UN-ESCAP, the Sedate project of Mexico, and for international NGOs working for Youth Issues like YES, Inc of the USA and NMC from Italy. He is a part of the National Pool of Trainers in Leadership constituted by the Government of India, and is involved in training and mentoring newly recruited Civil Servants.
Jayesh Ranjan is the Principal Secretary of the Industries & Commerce (I&C) and Information Technology (IT) Departments of the Telangana government. His assignment involves developing policy frameworks, attracting new investments, identifying opportunities for utilizing IT in various government processes, and promoting digital empowerment of the citizens. His last few assignments have been in the Industrial Promotion sector as Commissioner and MD of the Industries Department, Secretary in the Tourism Promotion Department, and Vice-Chairman of the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA), all for 2-3 years each, and various rural assignments in different parts of the state for over 12 years, working in diverse sectors like Tribal Development, Natural Resources Management, Poverty Alleviation and other related Social Development Sectors.
Jayesh Ranjan supports many social, cultural and charitable causes, and is on the Boards/Advisory committees of United Way (Hyderabad), Save A Child’s Heart (SACH) Foundation, Young Lives India, Save the Children, Sparsh Hospice, APMAS, ML Jaisimha Sports Foundation, Hyderabad 10K Foundation, Vijaya Foundation Trust, Ushalakshmi Breast Cancer Foundation, LSN Foundation, Tejas Foundation, Magic Bus Hyderabad, Hockey Hyderabad, World Wildlife Fund (Hyderabad chapter), Hyderabad Literary Festival and Spic-Macay.

Mr. Yerram Raju Behara
He is born in 1941 and graduating from Andhra and Sri Venkateswara Universities, is a distinguished banker-turned economist and management consultant with four and half decades of multi-sector experience, currently holding the position of Director (Projects & Research), Development and Research Services Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. He was Regional Director, Professional Risk Managers’ International Association, Hyderabad Chapter till May 2013.
His banking experience was with the State Bank of India for nearly three decades. His academic and consulting stint was with the LBSNAA,Mussoorie, Administrative Staff College of India, Institute of Public Enterprise and Indian Institute of Economics. He was also the Editor-in-chief of Asian Economic Review for a year; Visiting Professor on Risk Management, Institute for Development Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), set up by RBI and Institute of Small Enterprise Development, Cochin. Member, Board of Governors of FRSF and Siv Sivani Institute of Management.

Srinivas Garimella is the Managing Director of Vega Conveyors & Automation Pvt Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of Daifuku Co Ltd, Japan.
Vega, founded by Srinivas Garimella as a MSME more than 2 decades ago is a pioneer in Material Handling Automation, providing product and handling solutions to more than 300+ customers in E-commerce, Retail, Food & FMCG market segments. Even though the beginnings were humble, Vega has achieved substantial scale over the years.
Vega has been acquired by Daifuku Co. Ltd. Japan, the world’s largest material handling automation company with manufacturing bases in more than 21 locations across the globe in April 2019.
Srinivas Garimella brings with him a rich entrepreneurial experience involving marketing & operations strategy and has expertise in building frameworks for performance improvement. He is often called upon to give guest lectures on entrepreneurship at universities and is also a keynote speaker at various industry forums. Under his leadership, Vega was voted as the most promising regional enterprise by Microsoft in the year 2013 and was voted as one of the top 100 SMEs in India by the Govt of India for the year 2014.
Srinivas who has a degree in Electrical Engineering is also a managing committee member and the Chairman of Industrial Development Committee at FTCCI (Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce & Industry). He is also the IMC Chairman of Govt ITI – Vikarabad.
Dr A S Ramasastri is presently a Distinguished Fellow at IDRBT and Honorary Professor at University of Hyderabad.
He retired from IDRBT on October 23, 2020 after serving as Director for six years. During his term as the Director of the Institute (established by Reserve Bank of India), he had actively led the development and growth in the areas of relevance to banking like Cyber Security, Analytics, Cloud Computing and Payment Systems. 5G Use Case Lab for BFSI sector and Block Chain Model platform were his forwarding looking initiatives. He launched the IDRBT Journal on Banking and Finance, and has been its founder Editor-in-Chief.
Prior to joining IDRBT, Dr Ramasastri was the Chief General Manager-in-Charge of Department of Information Technology at Reserve Bank of India. In the RBI, he spearheaded many important projects including the implementation of Next Generation RTGS, adoption of International Standards like XBRL and ISO 20022, conceptualizing and guiding banks on Automated Data Flow and preparation of IT Vision of RBI for 2011-17. His initiatives of XBRL and ADF have been globally recognised and received "Award of Excellence" from XBRL International.
Dr Ramasastri was the founder Chairman of IFTAS, a company promoted to provide technology services to banking and financial sectors. He was on the boards of IDBI Infotech, DSCI and SETS. Presently he is on the board of TIHCL. He is a member of several important committees and working groups of Reserve Bank of India.
He authored two books titled "Quantitative Methods for Valuation of Assets" and "Quantitative Methods for Banking and Finance". The former has been translated into Chinese too. He has to his credit several articles on Finance, Banking and IT published in reputed journals and newspapers.
Dr Ramasastri guided the Bank of Mauritius, Bank of Malaysia and Bank of Uganda on implementation of Data Warehouse, XBRL etc., He delivered talks at World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Bank for International Settlement, Monetary Authority of Singapore, SWIFT annual meetings and XBLR international conferences.
He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and was top ranker in M.Sc. (Statistics) from Madras University and B.Sc. (Statistics) from Loyola College, Madras. He attended Advanced Management Programmes at University of Oxford and Kellogg School of Management.
Sri Srinivas Rao, retired as MD, APITCO, an organisation involved in SME sector. A practical industrialist, he started his career as an entrepreneur starting a SSI unit in 1972. Later he joined APITCO as Consultant and rose to head the institution as MD. He has handled several international assignments: Worked with UNIDO as “National Expert” for two years and was elected as Vice President of WASME, World Association of Small and Medium Enterprises; which position, he held for 2 years. 35 out of 40 years of his professional services was dedicated to MSMEs
He has earned several Awards and recognitions in his professional career.
Dr. Kinnera Murthy is a Strategy Consultant, Director on Corporate Boards and Academic Governing Councils and a Founder Member of a Woman Support NGO, since her superannuation from The Administrative Staff College of India in 2012, where she held the posts of Dean and Professor, Strategic Management. Her areas of interest include Strategic Management, Women Leadership and Empowerment, Marketing and Social Change Management. She has a Doctorate in Corporate Strategy from University of Pune, MBA from Osmania University and BSc from BITS, Pilani. She was trained in Industrial Management at RVB, the Netherlands and in Strategic Management from APO Japan. She is involved with women entrepreneurial organizations as an advisor. She provides consultancy and advisory support to organizations in India in the areas of Strategic Visioning and Organisation Building, Governance, Mentoring, Restructuring, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing Strategy and Capacity Building. She also provides pro bono services to social change NGOs as well as social and cultural organisations.
A career Central Banker, Dr. Krishna Mohan has more than 30 years’ experience in RBI and held various positions in the Bank before retiring as the Banking Ombudsman for the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He was the Regional Director of RBI offices at Trivandrum and Hyderabad.
He was the CGM-in-Charge of the Risk management Department and Department of Currency Management at the Central Office of the Bank. He was Director of Institute of Development and Research in banking Technology (IDRBT)
Dr. Krishna Mohan holds a doctorate from Osmania University and did his Masters in Policy Economics from the University of Illinois, USA.
